At Roast'n, we want you to love your brew; if you are not completely satisfied with your coffee or equipment, you can return your purchase within 30 days. Due to the perishable nature of our beans, we offer replacements or store credit for opened bags to ensure you find your perfect roast.
Return Process

Contact our support team with your order number and a brief explanation of why the product didn't meet your expectations.
- 2.Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; for equipment, please ensure all manuals and accessories are included.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid shipping label provided by our team and drop your package off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Quality Inspection & Refund
Once our team receives and inspects your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or provide store credit within 5-7 business days.
